Smoothies are a great way to make healthy eating a lot easier and more convenient.
If you are like me, you have a busy life. Try making a smoothie in the morning before starting your day. Not only is it a healthy choice, but it also will help with your energy throughout the day.
Here is one of my favourite green smoothie recipes;
- banana – make sure you’re using a frozen banana for a refreshing smoothie!
- protein powder – my favourite protein powder is NeoraFit Plant Based Protein Powder.
- milk – I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk but any milk works!
- baby spinach
- chia seeds – adds healthy fat and fiber to the smoothie.
